VASFAA Development Partners

VASFAA welcomes development partner registrations for 2023-2024

VASFAA values those Development Partners, exhibitors, and sponsors who continue to support VASFAA's mission to provide access, equity, and knowledge to members of this association and those seeking higher education. We appreciate your support and attendance at our events, including our annual conference.

VASFAA membership is required for all Development Partners who choose to attend an event, exhibit or submit media materials. VASFAA Policies & Procedures state that Development Partners are not to organize, sponsor or conduct any social activities directed toward VASFAA Conference attendees, leadership personnel or training activity participants during the course of VASFAA events. See the VASFAA P & P (7.14.3) for additional information.

Non Exhibitor Level-$500. General support, no booth at Annual Conference

Development Partners who choose not to exhibit may attend VASFAA Conference 2024 and will be required to pay the Non-Exhibitor Level fee of $500 plus conference registration fees.

Benefits Descriptions

Exhibit Booth Space, Priority Placement by Date and Tier, at VASFAA's Annual Conference

Booth placing will be determined by tier and date of commitment.

Complementary VASFAA Annual Conference Registration

Conference registrations will be waived for up to the number of persons included in your sponsorship level.

Development Partners must be paid VASFAA members

All Development Partners are responsible for paying their VASFAA Membership Dues.

Special sponsorship recognition at VASFAA’s Annual Conference

Sponsors will be recognized at the Annual Conference. The Development Partner Chair and Conference Committee will determine the best use of visibility.

Complimentary conference attendee list delivered at least 2 weeks prior to conference

Approximately 2 weeks before the conference, we will provide you with a list of registered conference attendees. We will provide you with an updated list the day before the conference and will provide one final update at the conclusion of the conference.

Email and online conference support recognition with logo

All Development Partners will be visible on the conference website and logo will included on conference emails to members

Logo will be listed on the VASFAA Development Partner page of the website.

Priority given for presenting at VASFAA Conference 2024 if proposal accepted

Priority will be given to top sponsors when selecting speakers at the conference.

Ad in Conference Newsletter

Full or ½ page ad consideration for digital conference newsletter.

Opportunity to moderate a session at the VASFAA Conference 2024 along with your 2–3-minute business pitch

Top sponsors will be allowed the opportunity to moderate a general session event. Priority for general session selection will be given according to tier and date.

Regional Workshops - May attend in person or virtual with the opportunity to moderate and share flyer with participants. Dates TBD.

Ability to moderate and share flyer with members in attendance.

Opportunity to cohost during VASFAA webinar series for 2023-24. You will be given 5 minutes to highlight your products/features

Date will be worked out with the VASFAA Non-Conference Committee. You will have the opportunity to cohost and give a brief overview of your product/services.

Opportunity to present during VASFAA webinar series for 2023-24 if approved by chair.

Priority given to Platinum Sponsor to present a webinar during the 2023-24 year. Other tiered sponsors will be on approval basis from the chair.

Recognition at all VASFAA Workshops and Professional Development Events

Special recognition at all events.

Newsletter article and/or visibility in at least one newsletter- the newsletter is planned to be on a quarterly basis

Article submission and/or visibility will be coordinated between the Development Partner Chair and the Newsletter Committee.

Shout out on VASFAA list serv when you sign up to be a sponsor

Special shout out on VASFAA list serv when you commit to being a Platinum Sponsor. Email blast will include your logo, website, and business/personal information about you and your company.

Lunch & Learn Session at Annual Conference

Session will be included at the Annual Conference. The Development Partner Chair and Conference Chairs will work with you to determine the best use of your time to enhance visibility. Limited to 4.

VASFAA Refund Policy, Section 7.14.4 of VASFAA’s Policy and Procedure Manual

7.14.4 Refund Policy Refunds of vendor/sponsor fees may be considered by written request to the VASFAA Vendor/Sponsor Chair at least sixty calendar days prior to the event. Requests for a refund will be reviewed and voted upon by the President, Budget & Finance Chair and the Treasurer. Approved refunds will be made according to the original method of payment (i.e., by check for payments made by check; by credit to account for credit card payments).
